This site is dedicated to helping both teachers and students achieve the penultimate higher education experience. By applying some well demonstrated principles in education and some Taoist philosophy it is possible to build a model equally applicable to teachers and students.

For teachers, the result is a more enriched and rewarding classroom experience. Teachers who choose to inculcate the principles proffered here wil see more "ah ha" moments from students and will be empowered in new ways to reach more students in the learning process.

For students, the result is a more enriched and rewarding classroom experience, regardless the skill level of the teacher. Knowing and applying these few principles can enable the student to transcend what the less skilled instructor can provide and do all that much better when coupled with a teacher who displays Teach Like Water skills.
