This site is dedicated to helping both teachers and students achieve higher-level thinking and a more efficacious learning experience.  By applying some well researched principles in brain science, metacognition, and personal epistemology, as well as some Taoist philosophy it is possible to build a model for teaching that enhance any teacher’s skills in the art and science of teaching.

The goal above is accomplished by the promotion of my book, Memories, Beliefs, and Learning as well as some of theories espoused in that text. Please see the tab for this book to see my learning theory.

I am available for seminars and conferences. Presentation revolve around enhancing the classroom experience though the use of Metacognition and a better understanding of learning.
